Terms of Sale

All sales made through Go Agencies are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of our offering — including the transfer of digital assets, intellectual property, proprietary frameworks, and brand rights — we do not offer refunds once a transaction is completed.

Prior to finalizing your purchase, you will have the opportunity to:

Review a complete breakdown of included assets and deliverables
Book a discovery call to ask questions and discuss fit
Receive a written summary of all relevant terms and deliverables
Request clarification or adjustments before funds are transferred
Full payment is required before any transfer, delivery, or access to proprietary materials begins.
In cases where a rev-share, financing plan, or staged payment structure is offered, terms must be agreed upon in writing and signed by both parties.
For Studio Deals or custom agency builds, a non-refundable deposit is required to initiate development and secure build priority.

At Go Agencies, your ownership means full control — with no strings attached. Once payment is complete, you receive unrestricted legal ownership of your agency and all associated assets.
